Service Department
The City of Medina’s Service Department is dedicated to sustaining and improving the quality of life of our customers, the residents, and businesses of our community.
The Service Department is responsible for maintaining the City’s infrastructure which includes maintenance and resurfacing of public streets, maintaining the water distribution system, rehabilitating the storm water system, meeting the sanitary needs of Medina residents and business owners by collecting residential and commercial refuse and recyclables, and insuring the public safety by responding to weather related emergencies such as flooding, land subsidence, and snow and ice storms.
