Medina Welcomes Businesses with Incentives

The City of Medina welcomes new businesses and business growth by offering competitive incentives that are negotiated based on the return on investment of your project. There are separate applications for each incentive.  These can be obtain from the city’s Economic Development office. 

Job Creations Tax Credits require City Council approval and the annual reporting of data is closely monitored by the city. Community Reinvestment Area real property investments do not require City Council approval and are applied for at the conclusion of your project.
