The Farmers Market feature 70+ vendors with the best in locally grown greens, fruits, vegetables, herbs, flowers, heirloom produce, meats & cheeses, and much more! Treat yourself to homemade jams and jellies, nut butters, local honey, fresh bread and baked goods (GF & V), and pet stuff! Medina Town Hall & Engine House Museum will be open from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm. Sponsored by Main Street Medina.
Salute to Farming

Medina Uptown Park
A special Medina Square Farmers Market with petting zoo, beekeeping demonstrations, cooking demonstrations, Antique Power Association equipment, and artifacts related to farming in Medina County. Sponsored by Main Street Medina and Medina County Agricultural Society.
Spring Grove Arboretum Walk
October 17: 2:00 to 4:00 pm, rain or shine
Spring Grove Cemetery, 775 E. Washington St
Group tour of Spring Grove’s urban forest lead by a Master Arborist at 2 pm. Self-guided tours between 2 and 4 pm. Family fun scavenger hunt. Stroller, wagon, wheelchair, and pet friendly. Sponsored by Medina Friends of the Cemetery.
Great America 250 Pumpkin Salute
October 24: 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Public Square, Broadway
All ages are invited to bring their carved pumpkins to the Square for a special contest and lighting at 6 pm. Hoping to fill all the steps of the courthouses with pumpkins! Bring your lawn chair and your camera. Prizes for the Funniest, Scariest, Most Patriotic, and Best Group Display. There will be a hay maze, costume contest, games, music, food trucks and more! Prizes will be given for three age categories during the Costume Contest: Youth 3-10, Youth 11-17, and Adults 18+. Our Adult costume theme is “The Next 50 Years”. November – Medina Serves: Remembering Veterans, First Responders & Frontline Heroes
Veterans Day Service

Medina Community Band will play in concert and there will be featured speakers to honor all veterans during the Medina Veteran’s Day Program.
Open House Honoring Veterans
November 14 & 15: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Veteran’s Hall, 620 North Broadway
Open House for the public to honor the service and sacrifice of veterans, and to visit displays of Medina’s history at war. All visitors will receive a hand-held American flag. Veterans will be on hand to talk with visitors. Refreshments will be served. Free admission.
Voices of Medina Celebration Concert

Voices of Medina will feature singers from local church choirs and community choirs joining together for Sing Democracy 250. Free admission.
