The Police Records Room is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday excluding holidays.

If you need a copy of your accident report you can download it for free at anytime from: https://ohtrafficdata.dps.ohio.gov/crashretrieval/

If you need a copy of a police report, please send an email request with as much detail to: [email protected]  

If you have a general question for the department or a request for service (extra patrol, traffic complaint, etc.) you may send these to Natalie Santivasci, Administrative Assistant at [email protected]  

You can also post your question on our FACEBOOK page www.facebook.com/medinapolice and we will try to answer it when we see it. Please don’t post personal information or addresses on the page.
