Branch Road and Smith Road Vacant Land

Property Description: The property situated between Branch Road and West Smith Road is one of the largest industrially zoned sites in Northeast Ohio. Location Description: This property is located just west of Commerce Drive and the Medina Industrial Park, 2 miles west of the Historic Medina Square, 8½ miles west of interchange at I-71 and, SR-18, and 10½ miles north of the interchange at I-76 and SR-3 and the I-71 at I- 76 cloverleaf.  This location gives one easy access to greater Cleveland, Lorain, Akron, Canton, Columbus and the Ohio Turnpike.  The property abuts the company headquarters of both Sandridge Food Corp. and Discount Drug Mart.
