POSTAL DELAY IN CITY OF MEDINA UTILITY BILLS FOR DECEMBER

Thursday, December 10, 2020

The City of Medina Utility Department has been made aware that the United States Postal Service is experiencing delays on all platforms of mail delivery from Priority Mail to First Class Mail.  This is a nation-wide issue impacting all processing and distribution hub centers due to the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as operational changes made within the United States Postal Service.  This is an unprecedented situation during this holiday season.

Utility bills were mailed out December 2 and the payment due date is December 21, 2020.  To ensure your payment arrives on time, please drop payment in sealed envelope in the Utility Drop Box at 135 N. Elmwood Avenue at Medina Municipal Court; drop by Medina City Hall to pay in person (mask required) or call in a credit card payment with no added charge.  We are requesting customers utilize online access to their statement on Invoice Cloud from the City's website www.medinaoh.org or to call the billing office at 330-722-9052 Monday through Friday (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Our apologies for this inconvenience.  Thank you!
