Petition for Referendum of Ordinance 162-22

On Tuesday, October 11, 2022 the City of Medina Finance Department received a Petition for Referendum of Ordinance 162-22.  The Petition was made up of 119 Part Petitions and included 1,742 signatures.  Per ORC 731.29 the Finance Department will hold this petition for ten days then transmit it to the Medina County Board of Elections for validation of the signatures.  Due to the number of pages the document has been broken into four files.  The four files together make up the petition.
