Fitness Center & Walking Track

The MCRC Fitness Center features over 60 pieces of cardiovascular fitness equipment including treadmills, recumbent bikes, upright bikes, elliptical trainer an dsteppers, arc trainers and rowers. There are 35 stations of Cybex selectorized weight equipment. The free weight areas have benches and dumbells.

A free orientation to the exercise equipment - how to use it properly and get the most benefit - is offered on a regular basis. Check at the Front Desk to for the current schedule and to sign up for the latest class.





 The Walking/Jogging Track is a one-twelfth mile track with 4 lanes for walking and jogging.
