Fire Marshal

Medina's Fire Marshal is Mark Crumley, who also serves as the Assistant Chief of the Department. He is responsible for inspecting commercial buildings to ensure compliance with State and National laws regarding fire safety. The standards set forth in codified ordinances, as well as guidelines published by OSHA and the NFPA, serve to protect not only occupants who work in a structure and the public, but also firefighters in the event of an emergency. Universal Security Instruments Smoke Detector Recall: 

Universal Security Instruments has announced a recall of the following smoke detector models: MPC322S manufactured on June 9th, 2017, and MPC122s manufactured on June 2nd, 2017.
